Welcome to the High Vista Computer Club
The High Vista Computer Club meets the first Thursday
of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse.
Welcome to the High Vista Computer Club Web Page. The High
Vista Computer Club is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to helping the
members become more knowledgeable with computers by providing Special Interest
Groups (SIG) classes to educate, exchange information, share
expertise, and solve computer-related problems.
We welcome all residents of High Vista to attend a
meeting as our guest. Once you see and hear what
goes on at these meetings, you will come away with interesting and helpful
information and will want to become a full-time member.
The advantages of becoming a member are: new and exciting
ideas, exchange of information among members, and presentations by
software/hardware representatives as guest speakers. In an effort to
address every level of user, our "SIG"(Special Interest
Groups) classes offer Windows XP, MS
Word, Quicken, Outlook Express, Digital Photography/Paint Shop Pro, Computer Hardware, Web
Design and CD Burning.
More classes are in the works and notices will be sent out by e-mail as to
dates and times. SIG classes are offered on a reservation basis to
all residents of High Vista. Annual membership dues is $16.00 per year (make checks
payable to: "High Vista Computer Club"), and each class fee is $3.00
for Members and $6.00 for Non-Members.
Don't forget to check your e-mail messages for notices. Also, sign
